For this reason, students can not teach other students, independent of their ability. The Professor is an irreplaceable part of class.

8. The Professor and Instructor should always attend to the difficulties of his students, always exploring ways for the students to overcome their difficulties with the system or in the outside world.

9. In our system we are Educators, and we make a part of a big family the “Kioto Family.”

10. Organization, planning, method and discipline and hierarchy are the key elements to success. The rest depends on you.

After one month of completing classes in the academy, the white belt student after the completion of class, in front of all the other students, will be told all of the rules and requirements in order for his promotion to the next belt. If this student agrees to these conditions, a blue or yellow belt covered in plastic with his/her name on it will be placed in a visible location in the academy. This allows all to see the student’s objective. The placement of these belts on the wall is optional.
